What is the difference between Remy and Non-Remy hair?
BELLAMI uses 100% Remy human hair, meaning all cuticles are intact and facing the same direction. This ensures long-lasting shine, minimal tangling, and a natural feel compared to non-Remy alternatives.
Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Yes, because our extensions are made from 100% human hair, you can curl, wave, and straighten them. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping tools below 350°F to maintain hair health.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day exchange or return policy on unopened hair extensions. For hygiene reasons, the security seal must be intact and the hair must not have been removed from the cardboard backing.
How often should I wash my hair extensions?
Since extensions don't receive natural oils from the scalp, they don't need frequent washing. We recommend washing them every 15-20 wears or when there is significant product buildup.
