We want you to love your BELLAMI hair, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all hair extensions provided the security seal has not been broken and the product remains in its original packaging. Please note that all professional-grade tools and hair care products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your hair extensions are still attached to the original cardboard backing and the gold security seal is intact; opened sets cannot be returned.

Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
